Anita and Her Daughter Janae's Story
When my daughter joined TeenWorks she was very depressed, questioning her faith in Christ Jesus and had a low self-esteem. She was also filled with many questions about herself. She has been brought up in a Christian home with an absent father and I had become very disabled. We became homeless a couple of years ago and had to stay in some very difficult situations. Now, I am sharing my story because I want to show how far my daughter has come since being involved in TeenWorks.
